    Told me it was white but in fact its clearly yellowish- which I said clearly I didnt want

    Hi Emily, I'm sorry to hear, that you do not like the basket's colour. However I quote from our conversation, we had up front: "the creamy white cotton/canvas I use is ecological and unbleached" . I was clear about the white being creamy and not bright.

    My custom order was handled quickly and I am very happy with the result! The fabric is of good quality and the colors of the print are beautiful and vivid. I also loved that the basket was giftwrapped, as it's always nice to receive a present (even if from yourself;))!

Returns and exchange details

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS:
Please provide me with a quick photo of the damage or incorrect item you received within at least 10 calendar days of item arrival. You can attach the image file in the Etsy conversation. In most cases, I will send you a new item right away.

DISLIKED ITEM:
I am a perfectionist and don't sell products that I woud not like to buy myself.
Furthermore, I do my best to provide you with high quality photographs and as detailed possible information about the available item on the product's page. If you have any hesitations about the product, please ask me up front.
Please notice that real-life colours may differ from the colours on your screen. I am very sorry if you dislike the purchased item. Unfortunately, a refund is not possible. However, I am confident that this will not be the case :) .

LOST ORDERS:
I can provide you with a tracking number for your order. However this will result in higher shipping costs. Please contact me for additional information. (Inter-)national orders will only be refunded when a tracking number has been purchased for the order and the item got lost.

Sorry, refunds will not be given on missing orders that had no tracking code purchased.

Orders that are returned to my address due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will either be resent at additional shipping cost to the customer, or fully refunded minus shipping cost, your choice. Any mistakes in shipping due to my fault, I will take full responsibility in solving the situation.

Shipping policies

Your order will be packed safely and brought to the post office within a couple of days. The estimated time until shipping is shown on the item's page. Shipping time depends on the destination country. Your order will ship from the Netherlands. A tracking number is NOT included in the standard shipping costs and must be purchased extra.
