Overall, the necklace itself is very pretty and I'm extremely happy with it in the end. I give the transaction 3 stars because the necklace arrived with one of the diamonds facing backwards, and the clasp on the wrong side. What kind of quality control process do they have to not even check an expensive item like this? I had to ship it back, and hassle with DHL when they messed up and charged me twice for the customs duty.

Thank you for your review.When Marilyn contacted us about the issue we arranged DHL temporary import/export (which was covered by us).Our colleague wrote a mail to Marilyn, when the item was shipped back: Please, contact your local DHL office and insist on not paying the duties again. Explain them that this was a temporary import/export and that they should take another look at the documentation. The documentation is filled correctly-we had to wait for the approval before we were able to ship the parcel back to you. They will open a dispute and determine that the customs have already been paid. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. While there indeed was a mistake - and I sincerely apologize for it -,we acted immediately to rectify it.We are happy that you like your necklace.

The item is ABSOLUTELY STUNNING - even prettier than in pictures which is rare. Packed luxuriously - old school good quality packaging, loved it! The item is clearly really well made, if perhaps on the smaller side re sizing. Import duty fees to the UK were eyewatering but to be expected with an item like this and Brexit. Delivery did take a while but still much less than indicated on the seller’s page. DHL did a terrible job and delivered it to a random shop half an hour away from our place BUT this was not the seller’s fault as they asked to send it signed for and fully insured the parcel. When I contacted the seller with my problem re delivery, they responded quickly and were very helpful and reassuring - despite the hick ups with DHL honestly one of the best sellers I have dealt with and would 100% order from them again!
