PLEASE READ! It's that time of year again...Halloween season! Please order EARLY to avoid rush/accommodation fees. I normally book out by August 15th; however, I will work nights and weekends to accommodate more orders with fees applied for working overtime. Fees range from $50-$150/costume depending on when you order if after August 15th.
Accommodation Fee Calendar:
Ordering between August 15-Sept 1: $50/costume
Ordering between Sept 1-Sept 15: $75/costume
Ordering after Sept 15: $100/costume
**Kindly remember, I have 4 children. Any extra time that I work at nights or weekends to accommodate orders is why I charge additional fees if my Mon-Fri schedule is already booked out.

This handmade costume features a pink fleece short sleeve shirt, a teal flannel A-line dress, and either blue shorts for the boy, or white bloomers for the girl. Each piece has been carefully chosen and sewn for design, quality, and strength.

Please also note for sizes NB-24M, I send a pink onsie. For larger sizes, I send a pink t-shirt.

SHIPPING/TURN-AROUND TIME:

If not Halloween season (July-October), most items are shipped within 1-2 weeks. This does NOT include shipping time. If during Halloween season, I will always let you know when the expected ship date is. I normally sew 300+ costumes during Halloween season, so it's crazy! But I have NEVER let a single customer down regarding shipping dates for costumes! If you order your Halloween costume after August 15, rush fees will be applied. Please defer to my Shop Banner and Shop Announcement for current rush and accommodation fees per Halloween season. Depending on how fast my schedule fills, rush fees change. Please order early for Halloween to avoid any fees!

***PLEASE NOTE: Why rush sewing fees? I have three four children that need their mommy, and I only sew during school hours and night time, so my time is worth a lot! During Halloween season, I sew at night from about 8PM-2AM in the mornings -- INCLUDING weekends.

If you order your Halloween costume after August, rush sewing fees will start to be applied, starting at $12.50 - $25.00. Please order early for Halloween to avoid any fees! (Why rush sewing fees? I have three little children that need their mommy, and I only sew during naps and night time, so my time is worth a lot!)

I always use Priority Mail, which is an insured, tracked USPS service, and normally takes 2-4 days, or less, depending upon where you live. If you need the item rushed, please message me before you purchase to make sure that I can accommodate your request. For items that need rush shipping, I charge a rush-fee of $12.50 - $25.00, depending on how fast you need it, but your rush must be approved first. I always need to check my sewing calendar first. Thanks!

For customers outside the USA, I use USPS First Class Mail, which is not insured, and normally takes 2-3 weeks to deliver.

COSTUME CARE:

I suggest hand-washing or spot-washing for all of my costumes. Please do not treat my costumes like regular clothes. I use unconventional materials on a lot of my costumes like wire, hot glue, glitter, moldable plastic, etc.

Each costume is individually sewn with artistry and love. All products are made in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Please note that EACH costume is handmade by me to order (this includes going to the fabric store, sketching the pattern, cutting, sewing, finishing, etc). Due to the amount of time that goes into each costume, I do not accept returns unless there is a flaw. I am human! Please contact me within 2 days of receiving your item to discuss return details/exchanges. However, please note that after sewing over 1,000+ costumes, I've only experienced two noted flaws!

Due to the nature of this product, costumes are not sleeping garments. They are to be worn with care and supervision to prevent strangulation and/or suffocation!

PERSONAL SHOP POLICIES:

1. I LOVE what I do.
2. I do NOT use patterns. Each costume that I make is hand-drafted and cut. So each costume will look slightly different! And, therefore, I do not have any patterns or instructions to sell.

3. I reserve the right to switch out ANY fabric or trim if it is no longer in stock or no longer made. I try MY BEST to make the costume as it is shown in the picture.

4. I cannot be held responsible for any shipping errors. Once it is scanned in by the postal system, I no longer hold any responsibility.

5. I have FOUR small children and a traveling husband, so if my order load is full and you need a costume within a strict time period, I will charge an accommodation fee depending on the timeline and costume type.

6. If you purchase a costume, I assume you read this, and agree!

7. If ordering a custom costume (one that I have never made before), I work in the moment. I do not draft before I start cutting and sewing. I try my best to describe beforehand what I am going to try to do, but sometimes in the moment a certain cut, fabric, or trim works better than I originally thought. If you look at all of my work, you can gather what my aesthetic as a designer is. I will normally kindly turn down a custom request if there are too many parameters or strict guidelines as it will normally block my own creativity.
