Vintage insect display box (for pinning insects) from the University of Kansas Entomology department.

Perfect for pinning insects or simply using for storage (I've found it handy for storing old letters).

Has a latch to close on either side and a spot for a label. There is a stamp from the Entomology department (and a few notes from past owners) inside.

Still has a vague chemical smell from it's past functional uses.
