For custom orders 50% of purchase price due when placing order; remainder is due at time of shipment. All custom orders will be
approved from photographs sent to buyer prior to shipment. Shipping date to be determined by this process :)

deposit is required with any payment plan however. Shipment

Any shipping damage must be reported upon receipt to seller.

Damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the shipment (verified by tracking number).

Photos of the damaged packaging and item must be included to attest to the damage. Almost all items are insured and this information will be required in order to make a claim with the shipper in a timely manner.
