Recently we had a package arrive to a customer in terrible condition. The box was broken on multiple sides and a lot of the packaging had come out of the box, along with the item itself, which received some minor damage. The customer was understandably upset and it took several months of back and forth before she was reimbursed by the insurance company.
Please understand that we will make every effort to handle any unfortunate shipping accidents. Patience and keeping an open line of communication is key in resolving these issues.
