Description

Color = Emerald

Material = Glass

Quantity = 6

Size = 11 mm

Style = Faceted

These 1950’s – 1970’s vintage faceted glass cabochons were manufactured in West Germany for the costume jewelry trade. They have faceted tops, and the flat backs are coated with gold foil. They're appropriate for gluing, mounting or bezeling; they are not beads, so they do not have holes.

The size is 11 mm, and the color is "Emerald", which is a transparent emerald green. You will receive 6 stones.

These affordable old stones show a bit more wear than my other cabochon styles. They’re beautiful and usable, but you may notice minor imperfections that are typical for glass of this age such as small nicks, “fleabites” in the foil, or foil oxidization on the back. Many are in excellent condition, but you should expect a vintage “shabby chic” look as shown in the photos.

Additional policies

♥ $10 MINIMUM ORDER:
Please note my $10 minimum order policy - you're welcome to combine styles in order to reach this amount, but your purchase should total $10 before postage. This information is included in my shop announcement, my policies, in the description for every item in my shop, and in your order confirmation. Thank you for your consideration :)

If your first order is below the minimum, I'll ship it as a courtesy along with a polite reminder. If your next order is below the minimum, I'll ask you to add to or cancel the order. My apologies for any inconvenience, it's simply not sustainable. On the flip side, you won't find old and uncommon beads like these at the big box stores!

♣ CONDITION & QUANTITY:
It's important to have a clear understanding of what you're buying, so please be sure to read the descriptions and look at all of the photos! If you're not sure, or if you don't understand something, please ask.

My listings describe the size, quantity and condition of each item. If you're not familiar with bead sizes or terms, just send me a convo and I'll gladly explain :)

I specialize in vintage and antique beads and jewelry supplies ranging from 50 - 100 years or older, so many of my items will show typical quirks and/or wear for glass of that age. For example, antique seed beads often have imperfect shaping and less consistent sizing than their contemporary counterparts, and vintage stones may have small nicks around the edges or tiny "fleabites" on the foiled backs. The photos will reflect this, and the descriptions will detail the item's condition. If you're still unsure, please ask.

♥ FEEDBACK:
Your positive feedback is greatly appreciated! I genuinely want you to be satisfied, so if you have questions or concerns, please give me the opportunity to resolve them before leaving poor feedback. Just contact me, and we'll work together to find a positive solution.
