Description

The base for this salt is the same as my Garden Blend (with rosemary, oregano, sage and thyme in celtic sea salt). I then add in powdered nettles and powdered kelp to give it an extra nutritive boost. The nettles are very mineral rich and nourishing to the body. They also contain natural mineral salts. The kelp seaweed is also a great source of nutrients; high in iodine, iron, calcium and more; and natural salts. The combo of these two add a nice extra boost to the salt blend as well more mineral salts and less sea salt.
Great used on almost anything from soups and sautes, meat, eggs, potatoes, popcorn, and much more. It will easily become a main staple in your house.

I find this a great way to get more herbs in your food on a regular basis. And I choose the grey celtic sea salt for it's high mineral content, which is also nourishing to the body and it is one of the most hydrating sea salts. The fresh herbs are all grown in my garden, harvested and processed fresh and grown without the use of any chemicals. The nettles are sustainably harvested from local sites. The kelp is harvested or purchased from sources with clean water.
Jar size is 4oz.

Precaution: The kelp in this product is harvested from the sea. Consumption of this product may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction in persons with allergies to fish or shellfish.
