Each shelf is custom made to order, just for you. You will find that our shelves standout from the rest! We do NOT use brad nails for construction of these shelves. We use a hidden joinery system so that not only does this look more appealing than nail heads showing in the face of your shelf, but this provides a MUCH sturdier shelf.

Q: What are the dimensions of the usable shelf space?
A: We offer depths of; 6.25", 8.25", and 10.25". This is also how far the shelf sticks out from the wall.

Q: How do these shelves mount on the wall?
A: Each shelf comes with a custom made wooden bracket, made specifically for each shelf. The bracket pulls out from inside the shelf & is mounted directly on your wall. The hollow shelf simply slides right onto the bracket! This system is extremely sturdy & very easy to mount! Directions, screws & drywall anchors are included!

Q: How much weight do these shelves hold?
A: Our shelves have been tested to hold up to 50lbs when mounted & installed correctly. We recommend installing your shelves into studs if possible. If not, we do include anchors for mounting that have a 50lb weight capacity!

I received the floating shelves as promised and they are beautiful! So easy to install! I added extra screws at studs, in addition to the predrilled holes where I used anchors. I would definitely recommend Dunn Rustic Designs!

We needed a couple shelves that were a custom length and the seller was so helpful with questions and our requests! I’m so happy with our new selves! They look perfect and they are a extremely nice quality. I’m able to place canisters on the shelves so they are definitely usable. And bonus we had them installed just in time for our elf to use on his first morning here!

These were the EASIEST shelves to hang up. Usually I dread hanging floating shelves but it was so easy and took less than 15 minutes to hang both. Great quality! Very happy with my purchase!

Wonderfully made! Clear mounting instructions and carefully packaged and shipped. And so worth the wait (shipped within expected timeframe). We have two in our master bedroom covering a large wall and the third filled in the empty wall space above the TV stand. Exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much!
