Curbside delivery only in large cities where parking is an issue.

I don't use Fedex nor Ups. I have my own delivery guys who deliver all my orders.
once they pick up the orders, depending on your location, they might deliver same day or day after or it might take up to 2 weeks.
My delivery guys will do their best to call/text you 24 hr before with a timeframe, unfortunately due to several circumstances (weather, traffic...) 24hr notice might not always be possible.
Please be patient, we are all trying to deliver your order ASAP.

ALWAYS inspect the item and make sure, there is no damage.
If there is damage, please contact me immediately and let delivery guy know. I will fix or replace the damaged item but you have to let me know immediately
If you don't say anything and my delivery guy leaves your location, it will be your responsibility to have the item picked up and delivered

All tables will be transported with legs off.
At the delivery, my delivery guy will bring it inside, as long as there is no stairs, and reattach the legs.
If you live in a walk up building or in a major city and if there is no parking, it will be curbside delivery only.

You are very welcome to pick up an order, but since I don't have storage at my location, you will have to pick up your items within 3 business days from the time the item is marked as shipped, I will try to give you a heads up the week before.
After 3 business days, the item(s) will be brought into storage and the cost is $100 a week.

I use mainly minwax stain colors, but if you have any other brand you want me to use, I will be more than happy to accommodate your request

No two pieces are exactly alike...each piece of wood is unique, it can have nicks, splits, cracks, gaps, knots.
All of the above add character to the piece of furniture

Sometimes choosing a stain color can be difficult and once the piece is stained and poly is applied, it is very time consuming and expensive to bring back to its original bare wood color.
If you are not sure about the color, if you are trying to match another piece of furniture or if you want to send me a picture of your furniture, floors, please do so and i might be able to help you.
Please understand that stain colors vary based on type-shade of wood used, each piece is different when stained.
We recommend that you purchase a stain sample at Home Depot or Lowe if you are not sure.
