Description

Our mama bear design has been made into a pin and would love to come live with you! All of our pins are professionally made of hard enamel and come with rubber backs for security. This pin measures about an 1" in width and each pin comes on a card as shown.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 business days from the delivery date on all merchandise in its original, unworn and unwashed condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage, please convo us before returning your item and always include a note with the return/exchange. International exchanges must include payment for shipping.

Some discontinued/discount may not be exchanged/returned.

2018 - HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION:

For arrival before Christmas (receive on or before the 24th) your order needs to be placed by the 17th of December.

International (all orders outside of the United States) orders placed before the 9th of December should arrive by the 24th but we cannot guarantee shipping times on international orders.


General Shipping information:

All items in our shop are in stock and ship within 2~4 business days from the time your payment is received.

Domestic orders are shipped USPS first-class or USPS priority mail depending on the weight of the package. Shipping generally takes between 2~6 business days depending on your location (we are in California). All international orders are shipped USPS first-class international, this usually takes between 5~10 business days.

International customers are responsible for any custom fees charged by their country. Generally, custom fees are due on orders over $30~$40. But please check the policies of your government as each country has different policies on this matter. We apologize in advance, but we will not mark your package as a gift, nor will be misrepresent the value of the package.

Custom orders:

Everything in my shop is screen printed by me, screen printing involves significant set-up time so I cannot do custom graphics at this point. If you would like a different color combination on an existing print please message me.

Wholesale:

I wholesale most of the items in my shop, please message for my wholesale rates. California retailers must submit their resale permit number to avoid California sales tax.

Bulk orders:

Need 50 totes for a event? No problem, I offer lower bulk rates for all the items in my shop. Bulk rates apply, instead of wholesale, if the items being purchased are not for resale.
