Dimensions

Bracelet length: 7.50 Inches; Bracelet width: 3/4 Inches

This vintage style Antique Silver Link Bracelet features a replica of a historic map of Saint Augustine, Florida, the oldest continuously occupied European settlement in the nation. The map titled, Plano de la ciudad y puerto de San Agustin de la Florida, was created by Tomás López de Vargas Machuca in 1783.

The original map was hand-drawn and colored in beautiful green hues. The map replica is set in a five circular .999 Fine Silver bezels and each bezel features a different section of the map (Florida, Saint Augustine, and depicts three St. Augustine forts; Castillo de San Marcos, Fort Mose, and Fort Matanzas).

Each map image is carefully hand-cut and fused to the backside of clear glass cabochons. The glass cabochons are then set into the .999 Fine Silver plated, lead-free bezels using a porcelain white Klay Resin. The finished glass cabochons are domed shaped and magnify the beautiful map images.

Each bracelet bezel measures approximately 0.75" in width and are connected by silver plated jump rings. The silver plated toggle clasp completes the vintage look. The bracelet is approximately 7.5" in length. Additional jump rings can be added to customize the length. If interested in custom length please add it to the notes section at checkout.
