- XLARGE: (550-700in^2) Example 20x33"

Sizing is based solely on square inches. (Length x width). Dimensions are close estimates. Boards may vary within an inch depending on reclaimed wood size.

If you have certain dimensions you need, please contact me via message and I would be more than happy to set up a custom order for you, otherwise you will receive a pallet fitting the design in the proximities to the size you have chosen.

1. Items are made out of pallet wood, which may vary in size, shape, color, and texture. Wood may have imperfections (knots, cracks, gaps, thickness), but that's what makes each one unique.

2. All signs are hand-painted and one of a kind.

3. All products will be made to order.

4. Products come with hanging on the back. It is important to hang on a stud, reinforce, or use drywall anchors for safety and security to the wall. Products can weigh anywhere between 3lbs - 25lbs depending on size.

Scoreboards come pre-hung with D rings and heavy duty wire. If you do not want them hung, please let me know ahead of time.

Turnaround time is currently 3-5 weeks. Message me if you have a specific date you are looking for and I can let you know if we can make it work or not. Shipping is 1-3 day USPS Priority or FedEx to ensure that your items get to you as soon as possible (less time to get damaged during transit).

We can only guarantee what we can control (meaning turnaround times). We can not control shipping once it’s out of our hands and with the carrier.

We can customize your scoreboards to reflect team colors and names, but cannot do logos or copyrighted materials. Licensing is difficult and expensive, so we choose not to do that. Many shops who do that on Etsy (or FB) either can afford licensing or are doing it illegally and will likely get busted for it eventually. We can, however, leave space on your scoreboard where you can add your own stickers or logos later.

If it’s been over a week, your design has likely been started and the custom template has been designed. We won’t be able to change anything significant once the design is down on the scoreboard. If you want stats changed, this is usually doable as it’s the last step in the process, but you need to contact me as soon as possible about it.

If you place an order and mistakenly ordered the wrong thing (stained vs painted) or wrong size, we can usually change this within 2 days of ordering.

Once your board gets a acclimated, your board’s paint may start cracking or you’ll notice some gaps between boards, know that this is completely normal.

While we do our best to combat the issue before they’re sent, wood expands and contracts with changes in the surrounding humidity and to a lesser degree the temperature. More humid air will cause the wood to expand, drier air will cause the wood to contract. The movement unfortunately cannot be stopped.

If you have a mixed color, we will typically include a sample of the paint for touch ups. If it’s not a custom mix, we can suggest touch up options.

Once touched up, you can spray with a semi-gloss spray polyurethane to bring back the shine.

Our custom products take a good deal of time to create and cannot be re-sold. Because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order (broken, defective or something where the seller is at fault) we will provide options to make it right.

If you decide you want an edit less than seven days after you placed an order, contact me immediately to see if it’s feasible. If it’s after seven days, your order has already been started and we generally cannot accommodate a major change (title, color or other big features of your scoreboard). Changing stats is one of the few things that may be possible to change later in the process, but please ask sooner rather than later.
