W L Wyllie R.A. etching with drypoint of the Old Waterloo Bridge and Somerset House from the South Bank

As genuine as they come based on the evidence as below.

Signed and titled 'Waterloo' in border.

Condition: Examined out of frame and appears to be clean and unmarked. Strong impression. No rips, tears or burning evident.

Printed on J. Whatman watermarked laid paper

Frame offered as used of no commercial value to save quibbles.

Glass removed unless collected.

Further photographs available.

Approx sizes Framed 35.5 cm x 50 cm or 14” x 19 ¾”. Plate 19 cm x 35 cm or 7 ½” x 13 ¾”. Visible 20.5 cm x 36.5 cm.

Etching with drypoint. Very strong clear impression in black ink. Set behind glass in a hand pinstriped ivory mount within a gilt frame.
