Shelbi Bartscher Nov 27, 20175 out of 5 starsBeautifully designed. I love this planner so much! The only downside is that shipping takes a couple of weeks since the shop is outside of the US but the product is SOOOO worth it. When this planner comes to an end I will definitely be ordering another!

All planners are made to order so I do not accept any cancellation after 6h from placing an order. Please, double check your order and shipping/processing policy before making an order.
MADEtoPLAN offer personalized items so that mean you can't return them.
I do NOT accept exchanges or returns as all of my planners are personalized.
RETURN:
I don't offer any refunds when orders are returned to me due to the incorrect shipping address. I can resend the planner for an additional shipping charge to the customer.
If you don't pickup your order and it is returned to me - I will not offer a refund.
In case of damage during shipping, let me know about it within 24 hours via Etsy or madetoplan [!at] gmail.com. I will replace damaged item. Re-shipping is available on the buyer's expenses.

Asia Pacific: 10 - 16 business days
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on your local post offices.
