When & how do you ship, and to where? Does it have tracking & insurance?

📦 I ship every Friday from Montreal via ChitChats. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Most orders come with tracking + insurance, but some countries don’t support tracking. 🌍 Countries Without Tracking Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Belarus, Bosnia, Burundi, Ivory Coast, Croatia, Cuba, DR Congo, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Liberia, Libya, Moldova, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nigeria, North Korea, Paraguay, Rep. of Congo, Russia, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Yemen, Zimbabwe. 💡 Pro Tip: For these, I recommend upgrading to DHL at checkout to ensure safe delivery! Be sure to pick a shipping upgrade if your country/region is on the list above or if you need your order faster!

How does shipping & delivery work? Is it insured?

📬 Delivery times are estimates: • North America: ~1–2 weeks • Overseas: ~3–8 weeks (customs may delay) Track your package at **www.17track.net**—it’s often more accurate than Etsy’s tracking. ⛔ I'm not responsible for: • Delays from incorrect addresses • Lost/stolen packages due to unsafe drop-offs • Customs/VAT delays or fees Refused packages due to unpaid VAT/customs may be non-refundable as they are treated as forced returns.

💍 I use standard US/Canada ring sizes for all my rings, from a size 2 to a 16. And if you have larger fingers, let me know and I'll see what I can do! Not sure about your size? I recommend double-checking before ordering to avoid extra shipping! If you do order the wrong size, no problem—just message me. You can send the ring back, and I’ll resize it. You’ll just need to cover shipping both ways to my shop in Canada. I’m happy to help make sure it fits right!

What are the types of metal used in your jewellery?

✨ All my pieces are made from solid cast metals—never plated, and always nickel, zinc & cadmium-free (great for sensitive skin!). • Sterling silver is .925 classic silver: 92.5% fine silver, 7.5% copper. • Bronze is 90% copper, 10% tin—no fillers or plating. • Stainless steel is hypoallergenic, durable, and perfect for daily wear. • Want gold? I offer 10k, 14k, or 18k gold options too!

What are the differt stones you use? What is the difference between real gemstones & birthstones?

💎 I use both natural gemstones and imitation birthstones in my shop. Natural gems are named in each listing. Since they’re natural, color and clarity may vary—if you’re looking for a specific shade, just ask! I do my best to use gemstones in their natural colours. Birthstones are colored cubic zirconia, matched to the real gem’s colour. They’re listed by birth month for easy selection. ✨ Looking for a lab-grown or custom stone? Message me—I’m happy to help!

I bought a silver ring from you and it left some green on my skin! Why and how do I fix it?

Oh no, I’m so sorry about that! It sounds like there might be a bit of polishing compound left on the ring from polishing—this can happen occasionally. I do my best to catch it, but sometimes it slips through! Rest assured, your ring is made from solid .925 sterling silver—you’re welcome to have it tested at any jewelry shop to confirm. I design all my pieces for everyday wear—I wear mine 24/7, even in the shower and while sleeping! A quick wash with warm water and mild soap should clear it right up. If you have any questions or need anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m always happy to help. And again, so sorry for the trouble! 💍✨

What is antique bronze? Will bronze turn my skin green & change color?

🟤 Antique bronze is 90% copper, 10% tin—the same metal used in ancient swords and statues! Because it’s rich in copper, it can turn your skin green. This isn’t harmful or permanent—it’s just copper chloride, a reaction between copper, sweat, and skin acids. Bronze also develops a natural patina over time. This darkens or changes color based on contact with skin and air—totally normal and part of its charm!

What is the return policy of your shop? What about gold?

✨Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in original packaging, unworn, and you notify me beforehand. A 15% restocking fee, plus any shipping fees, will apply. Once contacted, I’ll provide instructions on how to return it. ✨Custom-made & gold jewelry is non-returnable. ✨Customers must cover return shipping costs. Refunds (minus the 15% restocking fee and shipping charges) are issued upon receipt of the returned item in Canada. ✨Contact must be made prior to returning; otherwise, it's considered a forced return, voiding the refund. The return policy is also detailed with order invoices from Etsy.

Do you really make everything in your shop? Are you a wholesale import/dropship shop?

Nope, not a drop shipper! I'm all about selling real, top-notch quality jewellery. It's definitely the real deal, not any of that cheap knockoff junk! I want you to feel confident when you shop from me. You're getting really handmade jewellery, not cheap plated knockoffs! Everything's made with love in my workshop! ✨ I do it all—finishing, sanding, & setting stones. 💎 You're getting real handmade jewelry, not cheap imitations. 😊 Chains & engraving are sourced specially for you! 💖

Do you take custom requests? How long does it take and how much?

I accept custom requests, typically requiring 2-3 months to create a unique piece for you. My base rate for custom creations starts at 450 CAD, with the final price depending on the time involved and material costs. For instance, the starting price for my custom keyblades is 500 CAD. If you have a custom design concept, feel free to share it, and I'll see what I can do!

This Celtic Knotwork Dragon Pendant is one of my absolute favourites, and honestly, it’s become a signature piece in my shop! Everyone seems to recognize me for this design, and I love that. The story behind it is so cool too—I found the original from the 1950s, and I bought the brass master from a retired jewellery designer right here in Montreal.

As always I am impressed with the workmanship, details and overall quality of products from LeDragon Argente. My education in metal design makes me very observant of jewelry detail and she never disappoints me. Well packed & swiftly sent as well.
