Well, I feel confident telling you this is a really comfortable skirt because I've been wearing one all day and I could hardly tell I was wearing it! (So make sure to check before you go out.)

This is a lovely, flowy skirt (size Large/ Extra Large/ XL) made of reclaimed vintage polyester scarves from Portobello Market, and a new coral-coloured cotton-lycra waistband. The scarves are sewn into the skirt on the bias, so cling and flow really nicely. All scarves have been prewashed at 40 degrees, so just stick it in the washing machine and then hang it to dry.

Made of four scarves - knee length in the middle, dips to floor length at the sides. Scarves are a mix of beige/ grey/ green prints - skirt is completely reversible. The scarves are slightly different sizes, so there is some asymmetry within the asymmetry, which just makes it cooler! (Scarves are vintage so some slight flaws are possible, but I promise there's nothing major). I wear mine with leggings and flats, but would also look great with heels for evening.

This is long - 43 inches from very top of waistband to tip of longest point - but the waistband is very deep, and you can fold it over, which will make the skirt shorter, so it's got a bit of adjustability built in (and will be shorter on wider hips).

Shown on a dress form 31" waist, 41" hips, but you can see the waist is slightly too big for the form. Waist is 34" - would stretch comfortably to 40". You could probably wear if you were slightly smaller, too.

Thanks for looking!
