Please be aware Due to the current Government restrictions connected with Covid-19 the post system in the UK is very slow currently and deliveries are taking a little longer than usual due to extra measures put in place to help keep us and our customers safe. Thank you for your understanding.

Please allow three working days for delivery in the UK, and 12 working days for international delivery, although most orders will arrive sooner than this.

Please be aware of any postal strikes or delays in your locality; We can't be held responsible for late delivery if it's down to a known issue with the postal service.

We always send an email to advise when I have posted your order.

Sometimes things do go wrong with delivery which are out of my control... if you have not received your item within five working days (UK) of me posting it then please get in touch. For international deliveries please allow 15 working days. In the rare case of non-delivery please contact us within 30 days of ordering so that we can look into this for you.

Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and the onus is on the customer to check any relevant customs charges, tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy.
