Weighing in at over 13 pounds upon birth with two skinny parents might be the easiest way to jump start a rocky relationship with your father. Not believing the child was his, his disgruntled dad named him after a Republican senator whom he despised named Roscoe Conkling.

The weight and insecurity stayed with him and "Fatty" Arbuckle went on to become a millionaire director, writer, singer and silent movie star in the early 1900's.
However, a scandal (which he was later aqcuitted of) earned him a mugshot, jail time and an early death to his career.

Hand-drawn from his original black and white mugshot.
I have always been interested in what facial expression people make at possibly the lowest 1/250 of a second in their life.

Print measures 8.5"x11" in full color that will last longer than poor Fatty's career did, on acid-free cardstock with a canvas texture that perfectly complements the style of drawing.

Each print is carefully wrapped in plastic and ships flat in a sturdy envelope with cardboard backing, ready to pop in a 8.5x11" frame.
