This is a PATTERN ONLY for a baby blanket/afghan made with fine, category 1 (fingering) yarn and size E/4 (3.5 mm) crochet hook.

This is a small size blanket, it measures approximately 30 by 25 inches. However, it can be easily adjusted for a bigger size. Simply use a heavier yarn and a larger size hook. I also included the multiple for this stitch, so you can start with a larger amount of chains.

This is a very pretty stitch, and it can be adjusted for many other projects (I included the multiple of).

The skill level is advanced beginner. You need to know how to make front post and back post double crochets for this stitch.

The pattern is written in English, using the US crochet terminology.

This pattern is my original design and it cannot be redistributed. However, you have the permission to sell finished items made from this pattern.

This is an instant PDF download, and the sale of the pattern is final. If you have any questions about the pattern, you can always contact me through Etsy conversation.

The pattern was easy to understand but you have to PAY attention! I used stitch markers 2,3,4,5 to keep track of which row I was working on. It also gives you the number of expected shells, chain spaces etc. at end of each row-in my opinion that is AWESOME! I can then discover any mistakes early in process. I wouldn't recommend for a baby beginner, but I'd say it's beginning intermediate.

The instructions were very easy to follow, even for me - I'm used to crocheting freehand so I'm not used to following patterns. This was clear and well presented, and the photos on the last page were a very useful reference. Only purchased the pattern a couple of days ago and I'm already starting on my second vest since the first one turned out so beautiful and adorable! Thank you! :D
