I almost feel like I'm leading a big brass band when I wear this fabulous belt. And I always wanted to lead a big brass band! Love this belt.

ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
UNLESS damage IS from my creativity(workmanship) like a loose stitch ( That hasn`t happened yet in my 35 years of crocheting and crafting )I always personally inspect each piece before shipping , damage in shipping will have to be dealt w/the shipper directly. I take pride in shipping my items well padded so as not to ever have an unsatisfied customer .
Due to the nature of my products , all items are non refundable unless received broken( I snap a picture of your package as it is handed to USPS to show proof of the condition item was shipped to you) I would need a photo of the package, as it was received by you and photos showing damage to the item- You must send me all this within 3 to 4 days of receipt of my package, if damage was overseen by me before shipping, I will do everything in my power to make you a SATISFIED customer.
~ Returns for unforeseen reasons will need to be okayed by me prior to shipping anything back -
~ I must receive the item back in the condition I shipped it to you
