Frequently asked questions -
Is the item I'm buying new?
Probably not. We only sell vintage items, which are at least 20 years old, and most vintage items have been loved and used prior to your purchase. We try to buy items that are in very good condition or look brand new and clean them lightly. Occasionally we'll find a vintage item that has never been used or is in it's original packaging and will note as such in our listings.

Why is there a chip/crack on my item?
We do our best to look carefully over each and every item, and will describe it accordingly. Our items are vintage and some have minor wear from age and/or use. Please read the listing carefully so that you will know whether the item has a flaw or not. You can always contact us with any questions or ask for more photos. If we have overlooked a flaw, a full refund will be given.

Will you combine orders?
Absolutely! We always combine your multiple purchases into one box, if it fits and will refund you any shipping overage.

Do you discount items that have condition issues?
In our listings, we describe the condition of the item and if there are flaws it is priced accordingly. I guarantee all of our items and if you are not happy a refund will be given.

When do Coupon Codes expire?
Coupon Codes are good for a year from date of purchase.

Do we accept Special Requests?
Yes. If there is a particular item that you are looking for, please let us know. Our inventory is fairly extensive and we buy vintage on a regular basis. In our travels, we carry a wish list for items customers may be looking for. We just may have what you are looking for but it may not be pictured. We'll let you know and then post it. There's no obligation to buy unless we've agreed a head of time. Just contact us with your request.

What do the condition ratings in the descriptions mean?
Our vintage items have all been previously used and loved. Some more gently used and loved than others. We always make notes in my item descriptions stating any flaws or signs of wear. So to help you better understand the condition of each item, I am listing below MY explanation of vintage condition terms.
MINT: An item is as perfect and pristine as when it was originally made and shows no signs of wear (WE find that mint condition is rare for vintage).
EXCELLENT: An item shows slight signs of wear. Shows typical signs of aging or wear due to normal use, maybe one or two very slight imperfections whether from wear or manufacturing.
VERY GOOD: An item is considered useable but has some surface flaws (e.g. a small crack, small crazing, a small chip or two) May have repairs done properly where it is not noticeable to the naked eye.
GOOD: Heavy wear but is still useable and still looks good - some paint discoloration, some amounts of crazing, several chips or breaks or may need minor repairs.
FAIR-POOR: Heavy wear (e.g. large cracks or chips, severe paint discoloration, with unlimited possibilities, large amounts of crazing.)- good to repurpose.

Signs of wear should be expected on vintage items and the older it is, the more likely it will display indications of its age especially crazing. These are markers of an item's past life and should be cherished. After all, that's what makes vintage so wonderful!
