Important note: Each package bears a waybill (or tracking) number, which enables you to track its status within Poland through e-Monitoring and systems of certain foreign operators.

Usually, when a package leaves Poland, the tracking doesn't display a parcel's location until it gets to its destination (your address or Post Office).

If the product arrives damaged, please send it back with its proof of purchase and precise description of the damage dealt. We will send your replacement as soon as possible. The cost of re-shipment in such a case is covered by the the seller. Exchanges for other sizes for free are possible only if the size of each item is wrong because of our miskates. If not, we can do it for a fixed fee.

Shipping costs aren't refundable.

It's important to provide us with an accurate ring size. Visit your local jeweler to have your ring size checked as this provides accuracy. Most jewelers will measure your finger size at no cost.

Tips:-

- Silver, bronze & brass items should be stored in the provided storage box, as light causes "oxidation." - darkening of the surface.
- Remove rings when you're washing your hands, washing dishes and other household chores - detergents and cosmetics can react with the skin and metal. 
- Refrain from wearing chains when you go to bed at night.

Special care is needed for gilded and silvered products, because the coating can be rubbed off.

* Brass products, eg. rings may leave a mark on skin. Some people react by their skin turning slightly green.

* Some people are allergic to metals such as brass. Before buying a brass product, make sure that you are not allergic to this metal. Allergy to silver and gold is extremely rare.

* Silver, bronze or brass items should be stored in its original box/jewelry box, as daylight, moisture & oils cause oxidation.

Oxidation - Darkening of the surface. Each SAVVY product is coated in a protective layer as much as possible, so the oxidation process takes longer to occur. If silver or brass jewelry darkens or loses its shine, it can be cleaned with special jewelry cleaning agents.
