Hi I started out just as a slab of clay. I was then hand cut and made into a lovely snowmen pin. I was fired and then dipped in a satin white glaze and then my mom used underglaze to paint my hat, scarf and gloves. Then she added a heart because that's very important to me! Then I was fired again, my pin back was added along with some red rhinestones to the brim of my hat! I would look lovely on the lapel on your coat, also on a scarf, or where ever you want to put me. I come from the south so guess I am a southern snowman! I love to travel and have family all over the country. I would make a awesome stocking stuffer, teacher gift. I am in stock and ready to go home!

If you change your mind before shipping item is totally refundable. If not completely satisfied with your order, return item in the condition it was received within seven (7) days for exchange or refund. Shipping cost are non refundable and customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. I don't take responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged packages that are shipped back. Tracking and insurance must be added when returning. No exception! We are unable to replace or reship items purchased without insurance. Once received in condition that was originally shipped than refund will be issued, or another item shipped. After 60 days Paypal will not refund, so if unhappy please let me know before that! There will also be a 10% restocking fee after product is returned!

You choose how you want your purchase shipped! Regular shipping now comes with tracking, but no insurance! If you want priority mail it's a extra charge. Priority mail comes with $50.00 insurance, purchase or purchases worth over 50.00 will incur a additional charge! Items purchased, ship to the address on the invoice. Please double check address before placing the order to make sure it's correct. Items shipped to wrong address because of improper ordering is not the responsibility of seller.

Guarantee against defects. I only ship top quality products. High quality control. I do special orders. Don't see your colors just contact me and we can talk. Time for special orders very, depending on items ordered. At time of ordering I can give you a better idea of shipping time! In my description and my photos I try to capture the piece and the color as best I can. Also when I describe it, I try to describe the color as closely as possible. Colors may vary from computer to computer!
