Description

Offering the most beautiful high-end designer "Vendome" signed vintage two-strand Art Deco glass pearl and rhinestone bracelet. These well made Deco pearl bracelets are getting so hard to find and this one is just beautiful!...It features two strands of lustrous creamy ivory glass pearls hand knotted on ivory silk thread and an ornate rhodium plated, SO Art Deco clasp adorned with pearls as well as baguette and small round cut clear sparkly pave crystals. I love the design of the exquisite clasp. Really a stunning and well made bracelet! The bracelet is in excellent vintage condition with VERY little wear to one of the pearls noticeable only with magnification and all rhinestones present and brilliant with sparkle and no wear to the rhodium plating front or back. The pinch clasp snaps tightly into place keeping it secure. The bracelet measures about 7 1/2 inches (19 cm) long when clasped. To give a better idea of scale, that gorgeous clasp measures 3/4 inch (1.9 cm) by 1/2 inch (1.3 cm). The pearls are 9 mm in diameter. Bracelet has a nice weight to it and hangs beautifully!

"Vendome" was the high end subsidiary line of "Coro" and was known for its superior quality in terms of components, construction and design. The back of the clasp is signed "Vendome", without copywrite so I believe it was made in the 1940s - 1955.

** Regarding quality - I invite you to check-out my feedback. I am so confident that you will be happy with your purchase that I, unlike most sellers, accept returns. (Please see my shop "Policies" section for details.)

** Beware of "Authentic" Art Deco bracelets being sold that are handmade and not true vintage. They have connectors that are too big and too shiny to ever pass for authentic.

These are smaller earrings than they look in the picture. However, they are lovely and I am pleased with them.

Payments

Secure options
  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
I am happy to work with you to setup an installment payment plan for orders over $100.00(USD). I ask for a 20% non-refundable down payment to hold the piece and then require installment payments to be made at least monthly (some like to make payments weekly or bi-weekly so there is no problem with payments more frequent than monthly.) I can work with just about whatever dollar amount works well with your budget. The shipping fees are added to the last payment and once the final payment is made, your purchase will be shipped. Please contact me if you are interested in setting up an installment payment plan.

Returns & exchanges

I know how tough it is to purchase jewelry online (especially for an important occasion like a wedding) and I am so confident that you will be happy with your purchase that I, unlike most sellers, accept returns for any reason. I take returns on all items (other than most custom made jewelry - see note below) if notified AND the item, in the condition it was received in, is put in the mail back to me within 7 days of receipt. Upon receiving the item shipped back at buyer's expense, I will issue a full refund of item purchase price excluding shipping and a 10% restocking fee or will also accept items returned in exchange for others from my shop for value of purchase price. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from date of receipt, and, after one week, I can not be liable for any further wear.

*** Note: Though I don't automatically accept returns/exchanges on custom made jewelry items (including brooches and buckles that were converted into hair combs per request of the customer), I will if I believe the colors used and the design will appeal to my customer base. Please check with me about the return policy before ordering custom made jewelry.

FAQs

STEP 1: Measure your Wrist with a cloth tape measurements or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, at the smallest part of your wrist, and measure it.

STEP 2: If you are using a plain strip of paper, mark your size with a pen on that paper. Then measure that paper strip with a ruler. That would be your wrist size.

STEP 3: To find your bracelet size, just add your wrist size with the appropriate measurements below.

FITTING STYLE Add inch(es) to your wrist Size

Comfort fit add 1" - 1 1/4"
Looser fit add 1 1/4" - 1 1/2"

For example, my wrist is puny at 5 1/2". I like my bracelets on the looser side and wear this style bracelet at 7". It has room for movement but certainly is not falling off my wrist.
Petite = 6.75 inches (17 cm)
Small = 7 inches (18 cm)
Medium = 7.5 inches (19 cm)
Large = 8 inches - 8.5 inches (20 cm - 21.5 cm)
Plus Size = 9 inches (22.5 cm)

*** Because the links on my vintage earring bracelets are relatively large, you really need a bit more length than what you would take in a tennis style bracelet in order to have some movement.***

My earring bracelets come a standard 7 inch length. I can get them down to 6.75 inches without removing a jeweled link or can lengthen them to whatever size is needed by adding heavier 1/4 inch silver or gold plated chain links between the end jewels and the clasp hardware. There is no extra charge for altering the length.
I am happy to setup an installment payment plan for orders of at least $100(USD). Please contact me for details.
To clean vintage rhinestone jewelry, slightly dampen a soft cloth with window cleaner and gently wipe the surface of the jewelry to be cleaned. NEVER submerge vintage rhinestone jewelry in any kind of liquid as the liquid can get underneath the rhinestones and damage the foil backing. Do not submerge vintage simulated pearl jewelry in any kind of liquid as it can damage the coating on the faux pearls.

It is important to always store your jewelry in a dry place. Also, be sure to put your jewelry on AFTER you apply hair spray and spray perfume.
