This Ballerina keychain would make a great gift for that special Dance Teacher. You can also use it as a zipper pull or attach it to your dance bag. It has is a lobster claw clasp and 2 purple glass beads. Why give flowers to the little dancer in the family when this little trinket will last forever.

You can hang it from your rear view mirror or hand bag. All jump rings and open ends have been soldered so they will not come apart.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

FAQs

Unfortunately, once packages are shipped to the address generated - I cannot do anything to correct the address. Once you get notification that your package has shipped - it is too late to change the address. You can try going to your local post office to see if they can do a "temporary" address change for you. I ship from Canada so depending on the time that has passed when you noticed the error, there may be time to get an address change in their system.
If you've noticed the error within a few hours - send me a message and I'll see what I can do. Double check your address on any site you purchase from and understand that I am unaware of any addresses (previous or current) before you purhcased. Once you get notification that your package has shipped - it is too late to change the address.
Shipping varies country to country and city to city so I am unable to say for sure. Plan your purchase accordingly if it's for a special occasion like Christmas, birthdays, weddings etc. Shipping tends to take a little longer prior to certain holidays throughout the year. We are always at the mercy of postal services world wide.
I only "track" purchases over $50.00 (before shipping) simply because tracked packages or packages requesting a signature cost more and I take that expense on myself. If your purchase falls into this category - I will provide you with a tracking number. You can also choose "tracked package" as a shipping option if your purchase is under $50.00 but that expense is yours. ***KEEP IN MIND - TRACKING IS NOT FASTER BECAUSE IT HAS A TRACKING NUMBER***
Please know that I take great care in what I make, how it's stored and how I package it for shipping. My packages are inspected at the post office before being sent out. They check weight, correct postage amount, proper packaging ensuring it's sealed properly and without tears and holes etc. I cannot be responsible for damage to package or product that has occurred once it leaves my site or at the hands of someone other than myself.
No. We are not registered to collect VAT. You will be responsible for any associated VAT and handling charges that are levied by your government or postal service.
Shipping fees cover the cost for mailing, packaging, and handling. All packages will be shipped only to the address you (the purchaser) have generated. PLEASE double check your address before purchasing.
Typically a package is not lost but delayed. Keep in mind that I am shipping from Canada so take that into consideration as to how long it will take to get to you. Prior to certain holidays throughout the year - it may take longer than what is typical. If your package becomes "physically lost" I cannot be responsible once it leaves my shop and enters the postal system. I can do my best to try to come to a resolution with you but again I am not responsible for lost packages. My apologies for any inconvenience.
I have no problem issuing a refund for the purchase price under the following conditions...
1) item is as it was sold and is returned undamaged
2) item returned damaged will be only partially refunded
3) I will refund purchase price only (if returned in good condition)
4) I will NOT refund shipping costs as that is a service I have already used and a fee that I have already paid for and therefore cannot be refunded
5) I am in Canada so consider your shipping costs back to me
6) MUST be returned within 30 days from purchase date
If you want to create / order something custom, I can normally take on such orders once I've had the chance to review what you would like.
There will be a 50% deposit required on all custom orders that is non-refundable once the project begins.
If I review the details and decide that I cannot handle the project...I will return the deposit if one has been provided.
