If your aesthetic is a drunk Picasso flipping through a Greek Mythology textbook, then this is the tarot deck for you!

This listing is for a 78-card tarot deck that I designed and created which features characters from Greek Mythology. The design is Picasso/Cubism inspired. Created over the course of a year and a half, I am very proud of this deck! A lot of research and work went into each individual card. This project combined my exploration of Picasso designs, my love for Greek Mythology, and a new appreciation for tarot cards!

An accompanying Tarot Deck Guide is located on my website (www.videounit12.com) that sums up each card and myth, tying it all together.

Card specs:
300gsm smooth
2.75" x 4.75"
78 cards

There is a tuck box option for $10 extra. I know that seems like a lot for a box, but that's literally what it costs to create and ship from the site that prints the cards! It is a nice box though. However, if you decide against the box, your shrink-wrapped deck will arrive in a satin tarot bag!

Shipping times vary on deck stock availability (I try to keep the listing up whether I have decks in stock or not). I will ship as quick as possible, but depending on orders, I may need to wait for more decks to arrive to me. This process usually takes about 2 weeks. And apologies to the international buyers for the high shipping price, but that's LITERALLY what it's costing me to send a deck out of the country!

I LOVE this deck! It arrived nicely packaged in a very timely manner. Already, it's a fave in my collection. The artwork is exquisite and the quality is superb. It shuffles like a dream and reads well too. The description said the artist is not versed in tarot, but I am enjoying the associations. I have read tarot for 25 years, and am impressed with how well the Greek symbolism aligns with traditional tarot. I decided to paint the borders and edges with a black art marker. I adore the contrast! I love this deck so much I am going to order a second copy to have as a backup. I will probably keep that one with the original borders and edges to preserve the artist's intention, and I will order the box as well. I opted not to get the box this time, but the artist included a gorgeous satin pouch. Very satisfied!

These cards are amazing! And I'm going to learn more about Greek mythology through using them. I thought I had a good grounding, but there are a number of figures I don't know well or at all. I love that the Lovers are Hyacinth and Apollo. I love that Death is Persephone and The Hierophant is the Pythia. I was a little surprised by some of the choices -- virgin Artemis as the Empress, for instance, or Aphrodite as Q of Wands, when I expected her as Q of Cups. But given how the Greeks felt about the destructive power of passion, I understood how fitting it is. Clearly Trista has thought deeply about all these mythological personae and their tarot counterparts. Aesthetically, these cards are gorgeous, and they shuffle beautifully. All the stars!

Ever since I picked up my first tarot deck, I have been dreaming that one day I would find the perfect mythology deck. True, there are some created out there but I never even felt drawn to buy them. I love mythology so much that I couldn't bear any disappointment if the deck didn't live up to my expectations. Then I saw this deck on someone's wish list. I had never heard of it and immediately l found it here. I flipped through the pictures and looked at the guide....2 minutes later I bought it. I bought it with very little knowledge other than a gut feeling. I was never more right. This deck is not only stunning but it speaks and sings to me already. It sparks the inner child in me when I first discovered mythology. I can tell the feeling and thought that went into this deck!!!! Buy it now!!!!

Thank you for this beautiful work of art! I am really enjoying the connections that you made with each of the Theoi to the cards. At first glance, I wasn't so sure about some of the choices, but upon reflection I realize they are quite sound. The artwork and printing is outstanding and well worth the price and a relatively short wait. I am glad I ordered additional cards to have as special reminders of my most cherished Gods. Update: I have used these cards for multiple readings and I am really loving them. I allow my clients to choose their reading's deck and this one gets chosen quite often. I have had to brush up on the Theoi but it is totally worth it. The extra dimension added to the reading by knowing how the Gods interact is fascinating. Thank you!
