This high quality customized 8", 12", 15", 19" or 24" tall floral letter or number is a perfect decoration for a bridal shower, wedding decor, wedding reception, baby shower, nursery decor, personalized gift, birthday party, cake table, photo shoot prop, baptism, or sorority event! It is made with 1/4” thick wood and uses hand selected premium faux flowers and a multi-step adhesion process to ensure it is a durable keepsake that will last a lifetime. All letters are normal Arial font unless another style is requested. Once you place an order we will message you within 24 hours with all of the details of your order to make sure it is exactly what you want before creating it.

HOW TO ORDER

1) Select your desired size and if you’d like flowers or flowers with succulents. Succulents are larger faux plantlike greenery elements (greenery sprigs are complimentary if desired).

2) Select your letter, number or symbol. If you need multiple letters you can add each one to your cart before checking out.

3) Write the color scheme of your choice. Feel free to send us photos or links of items or colors you would like us to match. Due to availability we cannot guarantee particular flower types will be available. **IF REQUESTING AN ITEM TO LOOK LIKE THE LISTING -- Please Note: Due to the handmade nature of this item and flower availability, it may not look identical to the photo. We will use exact colors and flowers, when possible, to re-create a specific look.

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests! :)

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

The mobiles come with 3 ribbons attached that you can knot at any height you like to customize your mobile's hanging height. We recommend that you use a screw-in ceiling hook from a hardware store, Target, Walmart, etc. to hang your mobile. We DO NOT recommend hanging a mobile within reach of a baby/child due to the choking hazard of the materials. The mobiles are not meant to be toys or played with, they're only for decoration.

Begonia Rose Co. is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.

This is the third flower letter that I’ve ordered from this shop and each one is exquisite! The work on this flower letter is absolutely beautiful and of really great quality. When it arrived in the mail, it was safely packaged so that none of the flowers would get squished, and the flowers are affixed very well to the wooden letter, so it will hold up for years! It is the perfect decoration to hang above our baby’s crib 🥰 Plus the customer service was so accommodating with good turnaround time from creation to shipping. I would 100% recommend and love this lovely unique piece of art!
