Returns and exchange details

DAMAGED ITEMS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If an item arrives damaged from the Post Office please contact me. USPS requires photographic evidence of the damage in order to file a claim. Please provide a picture of the damaged item with your message. I will refund or exchange the items for you under these circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS CUSTOM ORDERS: ***Custom orders are generally not refundable****

In the event you need to cancel before the items is shipped cancellation will be determined on a case by case basis and by how far I am along in the process of creating the item. An item not shipped may be still be already created or partially created and/or special materials already obtained and paid for. Custom orders cannot usually be sold to other clients.

Shipping policies

We wait until payment is cleared then most items have 1-3 day or 3-5 business day processing. Some items such as floral design or custom orders may require longer processing time. Please check individual listing.

We use Priority mail for most items. Occasionally small items may be sent First Class mail. A tracking number and estimated date of arrival will still be sent to you. Larger orders may be required to be sent via FedEx.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We are not currently shipping internationally. However, I do occasionally provide custom orders for Canada. Send me a note if you are in Canada and wish to have something delivered.

​Because our markup is quite reasonable, our standard discount for wholesale orders is 20%.
We have listed our production partners where applicable. Occasionally demand for our floral design exceeds what our fields can produce. We will order out supplemental lavender bundles. Lavender Rose Farms LLC creates the floral design completely independent.
