The cup looks great and it arrived on time. I put the order on Jan 25th And followed up on it on the 30th and this was the response I got We can ship it out to you today, next time you need it in a rush please write to check before you order this is a busy time of year for us with helmets for the upcoming baseball season so we were unaware of the date you needed your cup by until we were getting ready to paint it. Now when I ordered the cup I put in the notes that I would need it by Feb 4th but I guess they missed that. So kinda rude service but the cup it self was great and it was on time.

I was in no way being rude, you placed an order with out contacting our shop and in the notes section and demanded a cup before the fourth which needed to be shipped with in four days after you ordered and our times are currently one to two weeks. Never did you message us to ok the quick turnaround you just assumed we would put your order ahead of everyone else in line when you placed it. We complete all orders in the order which they are received unless a customer contacts up out of respect prior to ordering.

I purchased 3 of these baseball cups and had them personalized. When I received the box I couldn't be more excited to give them out as gifts. They exceeded my expectations. I loved them so much I went back and purchased another one and can't wait to receive it.
