I take great care in creating quality items for sale. The level of quality of my products is a reflection on me and is such that I’d be proud to present any item as a gift to friends or family. I want you or the person you’ve given one of my items as a gift to be happy with it for years to come.

While looking at items on my site, please contact me with any questions prior to purchase. I’d like you to know as much about the item as possible before you purchase it to avoid buyer’s remorse later.

Upon receipt of your item, please examine it carefully for any damage during shipping. In the event that an item is received damaged, please notify me via email or through Etsy within 24 hours. I ask that in your message you include photos of the damaged items and of the packaging; this will assist in my claim processing with the carrier. Please contact me prior to returning anything; refunds for damaged goods will not be delayed pending insurance claims.

* If you are purchasing a high-end item and would like insurance on it, notify me at time of purchase so that those arrangements can be made. I have not had any incidents of damage and I package my items very carefully, but you can also protect yourself with extra insurance.

If you received an item that was defective in workmanship or functionality, I will try to do what is right to alleviate the problem. The same procedures apply for this; notify me immediately so that I can either help you rectify the problem or get ready to replace it. If I am not able to help you via messages, you may return it for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees. Refund or replacement items will ship after receipt of the original item. I have a 15 day limit to the return policy for all items, so please contact me immediately. I will do my very best to work with you.

* Please be aware that the owner is responsible for maintaining the finish on items made of wood or natural materials. This means that scratches or loss of the glossy finish (issues that can be easily fixed with buffing wax) are not covered. Damage to the finish due to chemicals and soaps is also not covered. Wood and other natural materials can change color and finish over time and handling.

A custom order that was requested by you or has engraving on it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. In any custom order, we will have numerous conversations and I will keep you up to date on the progress of it. I will be doing this so that you approve of your order throughout the production process. Any item that is going to be engraved will be approved by you prior to being sent out. Once you approve of it, I will then proceed with the actual engraving. After that, there will be no refunds or exchanges on your purchase. I am responsible for the quality of my workmanship; that is my pledge to you.

My goal is to have you absolutely love every item that you purchase from me. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me immediately.
