I never received my order and was charged and they did not want to give me a refund.

I contacted Buyer to ask to reconsider her review since her item was delivered and process according to her specifications. I sent her detailed tracking info from FED EX that her item was delivered to her door. Buyer never contacted me informing me about not receiving her backdrop. First I was aware of was after she submitted her review. She is not willing to update or give me any additional info.

I didn't like the size it was more of a banner than a backdrop I thought it would be longer down to the floor like the picture. It was shipped on time
