I reached out to Cassie to see if they'd add actual Starburst jelly beans to the bag--they were happy to do so! Then, I received an email checking in to make sure everything arrived safely. The bag is wonderful, well made, and my bonus daughter loves it. What I loved even more was the level of professionalism and thoroughness Cassie brought. If only all businesses did it this way!
