A vintage wastebasket, so colorful and fun, made from the rolled pages of a recycled magazine! Probably made from a kit, these is a fine example of reuse of materials. Magazine pages were tightly wound to create tubes and then adhered to a hard cardboard tub. The crafter of this basket took an extra step. The top and bottom are edged with a fancy 1 1/2" gold, blue yellow, green and white ribbon and topped off with a gold tassle and button. Rolled paper crafts are back in vogue and being sold new in stores for the eco minded. Get one of the originals!
