Most wigs have an average fit (around 22 inches/55.88 cm head circumference).

Each wig has elasticated straps with hooks on the ends, that hook into loops at the inside bottom of the wig for a smaller fit.

MEASURING YOUR HEAD CIRCUMFERENCE

Using a soft tape measure, wrap it all around your head, keeping it at your hairline from ear to ear. At the front of your head, position in the center of your forehead. 



Small cap size is ideal for 21 inches (53.34 cm) or smaller head circumference, large cap size is ideal for 23 inches (58.42 cm) or larger head circumference.

*Individuals with long and/or thick hair may find the large cap size to be a more comfortable fit.

Brush your wig gently with a small round barrel brush after each wearing, beginning at the bottom of the hair and gradually working your way up. Take care to not pull hard on the hair, but rather work in small sections to gently work out tangles.

Wash 1-2x per month with synthetic wig shampoo, or any time you feel your hair piece needs extra freshness.

I recommend only gently finger styling very tight/curly styles instead of brushing, to help retain the style.

Colors may vary slightly depending on your personal computer monitor settings. I wholeheartedly attempt to accurately represent colors.

Many wigs have varying processing times. If your order contains multiple wigs with different ship times, I will hold the order until all wigs are ready to mail out, unless you request otherwise.

On select wigs, I offer a hairline customization service - specifically, for wigs with a middle parting. This customization involves hand-plucking the hairline for a more realistic look.

The base comes with the hairline preset. In production, the hair is inserted into the 'scalp' piece in a perfect line, and is usually quite dense. Natural hair is not perfectly uniform, and is not as thick where it is parted.

By plucking hair by hand, I am able to remove excess density around the parting, as well as creating variation in the part itself, for a more realistic look.

This is an optional service that is available for certain wigs, so you can still select the original part if desired.

Please note that cap size circumference is an estimate and will work for most individuals. Some wigs (typically with human hair units) have a varying measurement from front to nape. Individual descriptions for human hair wigs note the size.

We hope you love your wig but understand that sometimes things don't always work out!

Wigs purchased on or after 5/19/23 will be eligible for return (for store credit) or exchange under the following conditions:

- Wig must be in new/unworn/unused condition
- Tag & card that comes attached to wig must not be tampered with or damaged
- Wig must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for postage to return, in addition to postage to mail new item(s) that are being exchanged.

If you opt to return for store credit, please contact me when you are ready to redeem, indicating which item(s) you would like, and I will set up a custom listing!
