Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.
Etsy make this really easy but if for some reason you can't pay via Etsy and are local we can always meet and you can pay in person, just contact me after choosing the "other" option.

Returns & exchanges

Simply put, please and always contact me if there is an issue. I aim to please. Again I am not perfect and running a one person operation, but I will certainly do my very best to make sure all products are of the quality and description you were expecting. Since this is many times a special issue that is unforeseen everything is taken on a case by case basis.

Shipping policies

I will ship via USPS or FedEx.

International shipments: small packages ship via USPS 1st class and are not exceptionally trackable and due to customs a bit unpredictable in regard to delivery date. Large packages will normally ship FedEx and easy to track.

All extra costs from duties, taxes or tariffs are the buyer's responsibility. They vary greatly from country to country and again I can not predict the exact amounts that might be charged.

Generally if there is a return, you pay for the return shipping. Issues are taken on a case by case basis and I will do my best to resolve any issue. I am happy to report to this date I've never had a lost package. Sometimes it takes a while to find out where a package went but those are very few and far between any issue.

Additional policies

I do custom consignment! If the project is very custom with dates, names or otherwise makes the piece unsellable to anyone else payment will have to be made up front. Generally this is how Etsy works anyways with payment.

If the custom project is a general art project I can keep any piece you might not be happy with and create another. To date this hasn't been an issue but of course I'd work hard to resolve any issue.
