Free worldwide shipping is offered on orders above USD49. Please note that we will use the most economical shipping option for such orders. If you wish to expedite the shipment, you may wish to upgrade to a faster shipping option.

We offer combined shipping. Pay only the shipping fee of the first item and a small fee for each extra item, so the more you order, the lower the average shipping fee per item. To enjoy combined shipping, you must put the multiple items in the same order.

IMPORTANT: if no custom text / image is provided, production cannot proceed and such orders will be cancelled after 5 business days

Delivery depends on your location, normally it takes 10-21 business days via standard airmail, and 8-12 weeks via sea shipment (in case airmail is not available). However we cannot make a guarantee on the arrival timeframe & do not accept refund request for late arrivals, as shipping & customs clearance are out of our control and may sometimes take longer than the estimated time.

If tracking shows the package was delivered successfully, we will not take responsibility for any claims of non-receipt.

We accept custom order requests. Please send over your requirements via conversations and attach an image, photo or sketch to help us understand your request.

Cookie cutters with patterns can be more difficult to detach from the dough than the usual outline cutters. First you must refrain from using clustered pattern and small texts. And here are are some tips for making good cookie impressions:
- Roll your dough to about 3-4 mm thick. The dough should not be too wet or sticky
- Dip cookie cutter in flour WITH EACH CUT to prevent sticking
- If the dough is a little warm, it will probably stick to the cutter, chill your dough in the freezer for 5 minutes
- For best results, use a no spread cookie recipe so that after baking the patterns will not be distorted

We only ship to the address provided in the order and will not be held responsible if the package is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or if buyers later claim that the given address is wrong. If buyer still wants the item, you can reorder with correct shipping information. So please double check that the shipping address is correct during checkout.
