Please also check the fabric composition of the items as a woven fabric behaves differently to stretch fabrics.

My sizing is in alpha (S,M,L etc)
All listings have an image of my size charts with measurements displayed in cm's and inches.
I always advise customers to measure themselves with a measuring tape rather than go by what dress size they are as sizing varies especially in different countries.

When measuring for a bralette please use your bust measurement not your bra size as again bra sizes vary and don't really mean much to me if I need your measurements!

The fit of woven knickers/ panties will be different to stretch panties. Woven fabric panties will look bigger as stretch panties have a pattern reduction to compensate for the stretch.
Woven fabric panties are more for show, lounging or sleepwear, they won't fit under clothes the same for everyday wear.

All garments come with specific garment care labels attached. Please read the label to ensure garment longevity.

CUSTOM ORDER GUIDELINES:

1. I do not accept custom orders that are a totally different style to what is available in the shop.

2. I am happy to change the fabric of a garment providing it is for one I already stock.

3. If you do really want a style in a certain fabric I don't have, you will have to pay full price for the fabric plus all shipping costs to get it to me on top of the item price.

4. Custom sized items have an additional fee starting from £15. This is because a new pattern has to be made every time and it is an very time consuming process. Only panties are available for custom sizing at the moment.
Please ensure all measurements you provide are correct as custom sized garments are non refundable.

To do my bit to help the environment I use biothene mailing bags to ship your items which is why your order comes in a grey uninspiring bag! When biothene reacts with sunlight this reaction starts to break down the molecular chain in the material over time so once exposed to heat and light they will start to degrade over a period of about 18 months into completely safe materials (water, carbon dioxide and naturally occurring inert non-toxic materials).
They may not look pretty but it's what's inside that counts!

Please note that marking an order as a gift just means that the receipt which is printed does not show the price.
Marking an order as a gift does not mean your item will be specially gift wrapped, it will be wrapped in my standard gift boxes which I use for all orders. Additional gift wrap is available for a fee.
Please also note that for international orders I must declare on the customs form what is in the package and the price. Packages can be held at customs if they don't have this information.
I know this may spoil the surprise of a gift but I can not mark orders as gifts as that is illegal.
