0-6 Month Tutu measures 5" long. Tulle measures 13" across and ties with a ribbon in the back.
6-12 Month Tutu measures 7" long. Tulle measures 17" across and ties with a ribbon in the back.
1-2 Year Tutu measures 8" long. Elastic goes all the way around the waist and fits waist size 17"-22".
S- Childrens Tutu measures 10” long. Fits Waist size 19"-26"
M- Teen Tutu measures 15" long. Fits Waist size 22"-30"
L- Adult Tutu measures 15" long. Fits Waist size 26"-34"
