Reusable PVC pasties. Use flash/dress tape or make up/lash glue to attach pasties to your body. Adhesive is not included.

2 inches in diameter. Sturdy, but flexible and light weight.

1)Regular Felt Backing

2) Coat of hot glue can be added. It will extend the lifetime of your pasties. Also protect your pasties from sweat odor and add extra comfort fit.

* Each case of refund/return would be discussed individually, due to the delicate nature of the items. We will work with you every step of the process from the start to the time you received the outfit and will try to eliminate any confusions. It's your responsibility, as a customer to inform us about any possible issues and provide supporting pictures within 24 hours after order received. We will discuss the steps how to resolve the problem from there.

*For pre-made items you must contact us within 7 days from your item arrived to be eligible for the return/refund/exchange.

*SALE items are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.

*In case of possible return, money will be refunded only if item is unworn/was not in use .

*After design is discussed and started, there will be no cancellation.

Shipping policies

*The PRE-MADE orders(unless they need some extra custom work) will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days, after the payment received. Usually it will be the same or next day, but we are leaving slightly bigger gap in case of force majeure.

*The CUSTOM-MADE orders are processed within 1 to 3 weeks (and up to 2-5 weeks during holidays and festival seasons ) before we will ship them out.

*All the orders will be shipped via USPS 2nd-day Priority Mail or First Class Mail with a tracking number. Contact us for upgraded shipping and rush fees if item needed soon.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

1) In order to minimize shipping costs, please plan your order in advance. Unfortunately customs doesn't make our communication easier, so allow 2-6 weeks on average( depending on your location) for the First class mail. Priority shipping will cost more, but USPS insure the package and promise to deliver it within 6 to 10 business days.
2) We will not be responsible for any of the customs duties or taxes, but we will do our best to help you minimize the final costs.

*PLEASE REMEMBER! For custom made outfits order allow at least 1 to 4 weeks for us to make it. The process time may be extended during festival season and holidays.

* All the orders will be proceeded in accordance with its deadlines ! However the EXPRESS ORDER OPTION is available upon request at additional cost( depending on the complexity of the design).Contact us for details. Rush orders and it's extra costs does not mean that we put all the other orders aside! It means that we are working out of our business hours(aka night time/weekends/holidays)!

BRAS: When create the design it involves al lot of thinking process. We want every detail to complement the ensemble and go good with other components. We make sure that all the details are securely attached and comfortable to wear. We don't do the "batch glueing", every single piece attached individually to keep the final look of the outfit neat and clean.

*We do not replicate the ideas of other designers with the respect to the intellectual property. However, We reserve the right to recreate any of the designs made by us unlimited amount of times.

* All the bras will be brand new and good quality! We will use VS's bras upon request( for extra charge), but we personally prefer to use less overpriced and better quality bras!

* We will attempt to replicate the existing design as close as possible, but keep in mind that it's a handmade item and the outcome might SLIGHTLY varies. Also, all designs will depend on the in-stock inventory with an option to wait or substitute some parts on the similar.

* For any custom orders we will need following info from you:

We always ask about critical deadline and preferred deadline for all of our projects. We schedule out production of your item in a way that you will receive it on time. We would love to answer any of your questions at any time and always trying to keep our customers updated with production, and shipment dates. However, we run multiple orders at a time and if all our clients will try to control the making process , we would have to spend days answering our emails instead of making.

The big part of our reputation is built on the timely manner orders processing. We value our reputation and even in case of unexpected delay, we will always make sure that you will receive your item before given deadline.
