I have used felt board sets in my preschool classrooms for many years. Children love handling these soft, colorful pieces and creating their own stories or reenacting stories, songs and poems they've been told.

Once shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery, and any issues with delays or delivery are out of my hands.

All shipping includes a tracking number & delivery confirmation.

Each item is carefully prepared and packaged to arrive safely and quickly, so you and/or the kids can dig right in as soon as possible!

Current processing time (the time it takes to make your felt goodies) is 1-5 business days.

Once created, items are shipped with USPS First Class (or choose a Priority upgrade from the dropdown box.)

I'm confident that you and/or your gift recipient are going to be completely happy with your adorable goodies. But in the unlikely event that something about your order is defective, missing, or not as described, I want to make you happy.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item(s) to let me know what’s wrong. Just send me an Etsy conversation and I'll get back to you within 48 hours.

In addition, as per Etsy's return policy, any returned items must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

I ship all packages USPS First Class, and you can choose upgrades from the drop down box when you place your order.

I recommend ordering by December 15th, but of course cannot guarantee delivery once the package is out of my hands.
