We ship via USPS First Class, Priority, or Express. Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order. Our production time is 7-10 business days (excludes weekends and postal holidays). You will receive a tracking number when your order has shipped.

Because everything is custom made, we do not carry any stock. Your collar is always made to order. Please, please be kind and don't leave us bad feedback saying that the shipping takes too long!

Please be aware - we are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, damaged, or missing packages. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, we can offer replacements at 50% off. We provide your USPS tracking number as soon as your package has shipped, so that you may keep an eye on the delivery status as it's on its way to you! If you received a package with damaged/missing contents, please contact USPS to file a damage claim. Be sure to check that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. International customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country.

- Q: How do I tell you what I’d like to be engraved on my collar/harness?

A: We ask that you leave your engraving information in the “notes to seller” section of checkout. If ordering for multiple dogs, be sure to indicate which color/style/size is for each dog! You can also specify the font you’d like. If a font is not requested during checkout, we engrave in our default font of Century Gothic. If you forgot to leave your engraving info in the 'notes', you can also send us an Etsy message letting us know what you'd like on your order!

- Q: When will my item ship?

A: Our production time is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and postal holidays). We will provide a USPS tracking number when your order ships. You can always view the status of your order by navigating to You> Purchases & Reviews from the top toolbar.

- Q: Why is your production time up to 10 business days?

A: Everything we make is handmade from raw materials, and custom made-to-order for your dog. Because of the volume of orders we process on a daily basis, there is a wait time to receive your item! Everything we produce is made in the USA with great care, so it’s definitely worth the wait!

- Q: What if I ordered the wrong size collar, leash, or harness?

A: Since each item is handmade and custom made-to-order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or alterations. In the event that you need a different size/style, we offer discounted replacements at 50% off retail cost, plus free domestic shipping, for 30 days after delivery date. We offer this as a courtesy and reserve the right to refuse a discounted replacement upon threat or harassment from the buyer. Please contact us if you have any issue with your purchase!

- Q: Can you replace the fabric on my old collar if I return the hardware to you?

A: We do not offer fabric replacement or alteration to existing items. Please also be aware that the buckles and name plates are not able to be removed or exchanged onto different collars. If your item has been damaged from wear-and-tear induced by the pet, please contact us within the first year and we can work with you towards a solution!

- Q: Will you make a collar/leash/harness with custom fabric if I send it to you?

A: We do not offer custom fabric requests - we are not able to make items out of your own fabric, nor are we able to alter the fabrics that we do offer (Example: we cannot offer fabric in a laminated option besides the styles already listed as Laminated Cotton in our shop).

- Q: Can you make a collar wider than 1?”

A: Yes! By popular demand, we are now offering 1.5" fabric and leather/waterproof collars. You can find these listed as Wide or 1.5" collars in our shop. Unfortunately not all of our fabrics/patterns can be made in 1.5", only the ones which are already listed as such.

- Q: How do I know which length to order?

A: The best way to determine collar size will be to measure your dog’s neck. You can use a measuring tape or string, and see which size category your dog falls into. For example, if your dog’s neck measures 13”, it would fall into the size Medium 12-15” category. You can also measure your dogs current collar - our collar measurements include all of the fabric, and one half (male or female end) of the buckle. This includes martingale collars. Our collars are NOT measured end-to-end - the collar measurement includes all of the fabric, and one side (either male or female end) of the buckle. Please measure your dog's neck before ordering! All of our collars are adjustable in length.

- Q: How do I know which width to order (1” or 5/8”) ?

A: We generally recommend the 5/8” width for dogs measuring XS, Small, and sometimes Medium. If your dog has a very small build or tiny neck, we would definitely suggest the 5/8” width! The 1” width is great for medium to large dogs, and also breeds with stout necks like Pugs and Bulldogs. You can also measure the width of your dog's current collar to see which option is closest.

- Q: How do I know which size to order for the dog shirts & hoodies?

A: There is a size chart in the item listing photos and additional sizing info in the description - it's really hard to guess size based on age, weight, or breed, so we do recommend measuring your dog to be sure!

- Q: Can I choose a font for embroidery?

A: All of our embroidery is done by hand, and each collar will vary! You may request print or cursive specifically, otherwise we will embroider the style we think looks best with your dog's name. If you type the name in all capital letters, we will embroider as so. We recommend including your dog's neck measurement in the 'notes' section, so we can be sure the embroidery isn't covered if the collar is adjusted smaller! The embroidery is not centered by default, but you may request so in the 'notes' if you provide your dog's exact measurement.

Because our collars are custom made, please allow 7-10 business days. If you need it faster (ie: you are getting a new puppy!) please let us know in the 'notes' of your order and we will make it happen.

We can usually make changes to your order within 1 day after it has been placed, after that, customers will be responsible for fees incurred to any changes in the order (example: needing a different size, changing personalization information, buckle engraving, fabric replacement, etc). We cannot guarantee that any changes can be made to your order once it has been submitted to our production team. Please review your order to ensure accuracy, and measure your dog to determine appropriate size!

Please note that we cannot provide a proof or photo of your collar prior to shipping.

We do not recommend our dog collars for feline use. Unlike cat collars, our buckles are not 'pull-apart' or safety buckles, which unclasp under pressure if the cat is caught in something. We offer cat collars with safety buckles under the Cat Collar section of our shop!

***INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO: If your package is shipping internationally, delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 weeks. We know waiting that long stinks, but we promise it will be worth it! Customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country.
