Returns & exchanges

Items that are custom made are NOT eligible for return. However, if an item is shipped to you with a defect, we will be happy to fix it and will pay $5 toward return shipping.

If you did not customize your item and wish to return it, please let us know before leaving feedback. Customer service is important to us and we want you to be fully pleased with your purchase.

Returns will need to be made within 10 business days from delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. You will receive a full refund. (That does not include the initial shipping costs)

Shipping policies

We use USPS for all of our shipping.

Packages are shipped out within 1-2 weeks after the order is placed. We ship First Class U.S. Postal Mail with delivery confirmation. Packages arrive within 2-3 days to most U.S. locations after being posted. Anything outside of the U.S. will take over 1 week.

We always check and respond to emails and conversations. Due to the fact that each of us works from home, with different schedules, we do not do business over the phone.
