HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose your options in the drop down menu. Please leave quantity as "1" unless you are purchasing for two separate parties.
2. Proceed to checkout and leave the following applicable information in the "Notes to Seller" box:

-Name
-Age
-Date and Time of Event
-Address of Event
-RSVP info

Information will be copied & pasted, so please ensure you're using the correct capitalization, punctuation, spelling, etc. that you desire!

3. If your design includes a photo, please send asap to QTPAPERIE [!at] YAHOO.COM with your order #. This alternatively can be sent to me through a message in Etsy.

4. Your proof will be sent within the current turnaround time (see below FAQ for that up to date info) to your Etsy inbox. This insures proof of delivery. You may turn e-mail notifications on that will alert you when you receive a message to your Etsy inbox!
Once proof is received, look over very carefully for any mistakes or if you need any info updated. Proofing is unlimited, we will work together to ensure your satisfaction!

5. Once approval is received, final files will be sent to you & the order will be closed -OR- your files will be sent to the printer. Any changes needed after this point will result in a small revision fee.

Your invitations will be printed professionally, front and back, on heavy card stock in your choosing of gloss or matte finish. They will arrive sized approx. 7.28" x 4.72" (close to a traditional 5" x 7") with white envelopes and with FREE economy 8 business day shipping. Options to upgrade shipping are available during checkout.

• Matte: 100#; Both vibrant and soft, this finish is recommended for those who prefer a luxurious, shine-free, subtle "paper" feel
• Glossy: 130#; Illuminating and eye-catching. We recommend gloss coating for designs with photos and/or a lot of bright colors for extra shine.

**All shipping times apply to proof approvals received before 3pm CST. Those received after, will be processed the next business day.

Designed in 300 dpi to ensure crisp clean images while you print yourself, as many as you need in a location convenient to you!

• JPG file: This format is recommended if you will be using a photo lab or photo kiosk to print. The invitation will be sent to you in the exact dimensions of 4" x 6" or 5" x 7"

• PDF: This format is recommended for printing onto card stock. The invitation will be sent to you as 2 per 8.5x11 sheet.
