Only accept returns when I've misrepresented an item. There is a 20% restocking fee for those that have not read "LOCAL PICKUP ONLY". Must be picked up within 1 month unless other arrangements have been made by phone or message. If item is left more than 3 months without being picked up it goes for sale again and item is lost, with no refund.

If you do have an issue with an item please contact me and we can always find a solution to make you happy. If there is a problem, I will return any message within 2 days or 3 if near a weekend. I work weekends and sometimes to busy to go on line.

All of my items are insured and have delivery confirmation. I will list this information on your purchase order. You will be responsible to fill out the insurance information in the case of a broken item.

I will pack with recycled packing material whatever they may be available at the time. If you are not ok with this please let me know.

I take pictures to show the quality and any inperfections if any. Please understand these are all vintage or antique items that have had previous lives and are not always perfect.
