This product is a digital listing including a SVG and png/jpeg. They are made to be used with cutting machines, such as the Cricut and the Silhouette.
Please note that you need the designer edition of the silhouette in order to be able to open the SVG file format (paid upgrade)

Please make sure that you have software that is compatible with the SVG format before purchase.

OBS!! All my designs are made by me and have been tested in the silhouette software (Designer edition)

1 folder with the SVG file
1 folder with A PNG and a JPEG

All images are saved in 300 PPI for high quality.

The png and the jpeg are sized to 20 cm width/or height (depending on the image)
- no watermark (the waves, text and the cross)

These files can be used for both personal and small business.

Personal use is defined by being non-commercial.
You can make an unlimited number of projects with the files for your own personal use.
Gifts are also covered under the personal license, as long as you have no monetary gain, by giving the gift.

You MAY NOT share the digital files in any way, including emailing or sharing files on social media.

- You MAY:
Use my designs on your Etsy store or other small owned online store, as long as you make no more than 150 HANDMADE items per design, you buy from my shop.
You may sell more than one type of product with my files, however, the total number of sales must not go over 150.
All products must be physical handmade products that you ship to your customer yourself.

When using my files on one of your products, make sure that the designs can't be extracted, so the copyright is protected.
Show my designs on your final product, or mock-up. Do not upload an image of my file alone.

You MAY NOT:
You may NOT Share or sell the files digitally in any way, including but not limited to: PNG, JPEG, SVG, DXF, digital embroidery files, clip art or simply print the file and sell as a printable.
You may NOT use or share the purchased files from my shop on any print-on-demand sites, such as Zazzle, Printful, Spoonflower, Society6, Cafe Press etc.
You may not claim the designs as your own.

**Please note**
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the design phrases for trademarked categories, before starting to sell my files on products.
New trademarks are registered every day, so be sure to check up on the phrase before selling.

The rights to the files/designs do not transfer to the buyer when a file is purchased. The Copyright still belongs to me, Louise, the owner of SVG gallery.
