The Paper Girl Co Etsy Shop is open 24/7 for sales, however I do have a family and do need to sleep:) I am available Monday to Friday - 8am - 4pm, I am CLOSED on weekends and public holidays.

I am located in Vancouver Canada- so please remember to take time zone differences into consideration if you are in another state, day light savings or in another country.

All messages are replied to as soon as I can, but you will always get a reply from me within 24 hours.

PROOFING PROCESS:

~ All logo proofs are delivered via the Etsy Messaging System
~ ALL proofs must be approved before they are sent to you.
~ After you approve of the design your will files be ready within 24-48 hours
~ You will receive a message from Etsy when your order has been shipped via email

NON RESPONSE:

*If after 7 Business Days there has been no response via Etsy Messaging, your order will be put into my non response file and will not be restarted until i have worked though the other orders that have responded to me on time. So please make sure to check your messages to avoid any delays in your order.

As i am a DIGITAL SHOP i do not physically print any items.
All my templates are sized for Vista Print, however if you use Moo or any other on-line print shop just let me know ahead of time and i can size it correctly for you.

I am NOT responsible for colour variations - colour or colours WILL vary from that which you see on your screen to what is printed in a store. Please make sure to always ask your printer or click VIEW PROOF before printing.

THE FONTS USED IN ALL MY PREMADE AND CUSTOM LOGO DESIGNS ARE PURCHASED BY ME FROM COMMERCIAL FONT SITES I DO NOT SELL OR GIVE THE FONTS FOR FREE, I AM MORE THAN HAPPY ONCE THE DESIGN IS PURCHASED TO LET YOU KNOW THE NAME OF THE FONTS I HAVE USED AND WHERE TO BUY THEM FROM.
