Description

This is a pencil signed print by Salvador Dali circa 1977; the actual colored portion 4.5" x 6.5", the white paper portion measures at least 12"x16", matted and framed behind glass in a frame that measures 25.5"x29.5". FREE SHIPPING in the continental USA.
There is an authentication paper taped to the back with information, please zoom in on that photo to read:
Authentication paper by Frank Hunter of the Salvador Dali Archives, Ltd. Goya's original work is from 1799. Dali carefully studied each of Goya's etchings and then modified, or "Dalinized" each. Goya's original etchings had no color, so Dali chose colors to be added. He then further modified each according to his whim, adding figures and additional color. Separate etching plates were made for these Dali modifications and printed over the colored Goya reproductions. It's Wow! to own something that Dali actually touched and signed.
We obtained this piece already re-framed at a small local estate auction. What a great gift for an art student.
