Description

This is a beautiful pottery bottle with a sculpted octopus on the side of it. It's a red clay glazed in white, with the octopus left bare, besides some white tentacles. It would be lovely as a conversation piece in your home, holding some bamboo or flowers. It is about 7" tall and wide.

Because this item is made and ready to ship, it will be sent within a few days of the order being placed. All of my work is made by me in my little home studio, either on the wheel or hand built, marked with my signature and the year of creation, and then fired in my electric kiln to cone 6, or approximately 2232 degrees fahrenheit.

It is recommended that my work be hand washed rather than put in the dishwasher, as with all hand made pieces.

Please note that as a seller I am not responsible for any fees on delivery as they have to do with your specific country's laws and nothing to do with me. International buyers, please make yourself familiar with the importing taxes and rules of your country for all of your online shopping.

Returns and exchange details

RETURNS:

If you wish to return your order, please message me letting me know, return it within one week (7 days) of receiving it in the same quality of packaging it was received in, and I will do a refund upon return, not including shipping costs.


DAMAGED WHEN ARRIVED:

If your order is damaged in transit, please send me photos of the damage within one week (7 days) of receiving it, provide your phone number so that I can open a case with the post office, and I will send a replacement or refund you immediately. Please do not throw out the item or packaging, incase the post office requests to see it.


CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS:

Unless broken in transit or significantly not as discussed, custom orders are non-refundable, however, I'd be happy to work with you to rectify the situation. Please message me with your issue.


INCORRECT ADDRESS:

Anything returned to me due to an incorrect, outdated, or insufficient address will incur new shipping charges, or be cancelled and refunded minus original shipping charges unless it is a customized order.

- Within Canada, it is generally 4-10 business days with tracking, sent with Canada Post
- For the United States, it is generally 4-8 business days with tracking, sent with USPS
- For everywhere else, it is generally 4-6 weeks without tracking, sent with the best available postal system

I will include a more exact estimated transit time given to me by the post office when your order ships, although once the package has left my hands, I can’t guarantee how long it will take.

SHIPPING UPGRADES:

If you need your order sent via a different shipping method, please message me for a quote.

FAQs

Most of my work is dishwasher and microwave safe, though all ceramics may develop faults if not taken care of properly. To insure your pottery lasts a lifetime, please hand wash and avoid microwaving frequently. My pieces decorated with 14k gold are not microwave safe due to the metal.
Don’t see a size in a listing? Send me a message and I’ll be happy to let you know! I am slowly adding the measurements to all of my listings, although each piece is one of a kind and it’s a big job, so some listings are still without it.

Need a specific size? I’d be happy to set you up a custom listing and make a piece just for you!
I offer wholesale prices on certain items, send me a message for more information.
Please send me a message if you wish to have a custom order made and we can discuss the details. I can customize the colour or size of an existing design, or create something from scratch.

When requesting a custom order, please include the following:
- Your postal code/zip code, and country
- Any time deadline you may have
- Any specific dimensions you need

If you would like a simple variation of something that I already have listed, the price will be the same. For more detailed custom orders like adding text to a piece, the price will be higher.

Payment is due after the details are worked out and before physical creation is started.
Because of the delicacy of ceramics, my items are packaged as well as possible to make sure that they get to you without any damage. I send all of my items boxed and wrapped in paper and bubble wrap.

Gift wrapping is available on some items upon request. Please send me a message to discuss it if you'd like an order gift wrapped.
