This "1964 Election Year Argument Settler" was published by Time newsmagazine and uses a rotating wheel to reveal 1540 facts about United State Presidents and their election campaigns.

Dial one side "to cover the 50 states: how they went in '60 and '62 and what's at stake in '64." On the reverse, "review every president from George Washington to Lyndon B. Johnson, their terms, parties, VPs and opposing candidates.

Wheel/cover are made of cardboard. It spins around a metal rivet. Quite readable and works well. There is a stain on the front, visible in photo #1. Soft crease in one corner does not impact the wheel.
